Over the years, few items have been more requested for purchase than the Myst 25th Anniversary Linking Books. We’ve heard you loud and clear, and we’re so excited to finally be able to open the Cyan Vault and offer them to you!

Originally available only through the Myst 25th Anniversary Kickstarter event in 2018, this is your opportunity to own a piece of Myst history (Mystory?). These Linking Books are the last remaining stock from that event, not a re-issue. There will never be another chance to own one of these incredibly rare and valuable artifacts. 

Once they’re gone, they’re gone, and not even the power of Atrus’ pen can bring them back!

Variants

There are three Linking Book variants for you to choose from (limit of one of each variant per person):

• “Bookmaker”: Myst 25th Anniversary Linking Book without LCD Panel
• “Maintainer”: Myst 25th Anniversary Linking Book with animated LCD Panel
• “Writer (Signed)”: Myst 25th Anniversary Linking Book, signed on first page by Rand Miller (one of the original creators of Myst) with animated LCD Panel and Gehn’s Inkwell with Pen. Quantities for this set are EXTREMELY limited!

Additional Information

Sales of the “Bookmaker” variant are for both domestic and international shipping recipients.

Sales of the “Maintainer” and “Writer (Signed)” variants are for contiguous U.S. recipients only, due to international & air delivery regulations around shipments with batteries included.

All Linking Books contain an empty slide-out cubby on the top of the right-hand side of the book that you can use for storage. For "Bookmaker" variants, since an LCD panel is not included, you can use this slide-out cubby to insert any artifact you desire to display through your Linking Book "window" cut-out.

The Linking Books with LCD panels ("Maintainer" and "Writer (Signed)" variants) come pre-loaded with an animated fly-by of Myst Island -- including music and all -- which should automatically play when it opens. Note that the book must be charged in order to function properly, and will require a charge before first use.

The Pen and Inkwell in the "Writer (Signed)" variant are located in a slide-out cubby on the bottom of the right-hand side of the book.

Additional Shipping Information

Please note that Cyan can neither predict or be responsible for any duties or fees assigned to each customer for international shipments.

A flat shipping rate of an equivalent of $40 USD per book will apply to all international shipments. Domestic shipment costs are calculated based on USPS ground rates at the time of purchase.

Orders may take approximately 3-10 business days to be shipped from the date of order. All orders are shipped from Cyan HQ in Mead, WA, USA.
