If you’ve got a problem with your order, contact us at store@cyan.com within 30 days of your order’s shipping date (45 days for international orders) and we’ll be glad to get things fixed up.
If you need to change something please contact us as soon as possible at store@cyan.com! Once our fulfillment partner has begun assembling your order we cannot make changes without you having to incur additional costs.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon your order total. Your shipping charges will be indicated when your order is placed. In your shopping cart calculate the charges by selecting the destination and level of service. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
No. Cyan does not accept money orders, cash, or wire transfers.
A prepaid Visa or Mastercard from a local store is the best way to purchase through the Cyan store if you don't have a credit card.
Debit cards will work as long as they have the Visa or Mastercard logo on them. If your debit card does not work, your best bet will be to use a prepaid Visa or Mastercard card from a local store.
Our servers and our shopping cart are secure, using 128-bit encryption. This is state of the art encryption, and is hacker-safe. Your credit card information is never transmitted over the Internet without first being encrypted, and your information and email address are never sold or given to third parties. You're in good hands.
Okay, here’s the thing… we’re small. Really small. We don’t even have a receptionist. So calls are probably going right to a machine. Please don’t take it personally! It’s not that we don’t like you, it’s just that we are doing other things at the moment. So your best bet for things you really can’t find answers to is good old email. But please make sure it’s important! We want to be sociable and shoot the breeze, but our priority will be email that really needs attention.

We've asked our fulfillment partners to minimize shipping costs wherever possible. As a result this sometimes means it's less expensive for them to ship oddly shaped packages (think: posters in long tubes) or heavier packages (think: mugs) separately from other items, potentially using different carriers. It seems weird to us too, but we're told that minimizing the costs of shipping logistics is an art which is even stranger than making video games... so we decided to leave it to the professionals.

Since carriers don't sync up with one another it occasionally means that part of your order may arrive a day or two after another part. If part of your order is really late, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to take a look at things from our end!
We do sometimes discontinue items for a variety of reasons. We also sometimes sell items that have limited quantities or are highly collectible. Our best advice is that if there is something you're eyeing in the store, do not wait too long to order it, or you may miss out!
